Dr. Andrew Wilkinson – Director & Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Andrew Wilkinson is the Director and a Clinical Psychologist at See Hear Speak. He has extensive experience working with children, young people, and families, including consulting for the NSW government on disability services and child protection. He has a special interest in supporting children from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and has worked both in Newcastle and rural North West NSW. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys family time, fishing, and playing cricket.

Adrian – Psychologist
With many years of experience, Adrian is a compassionate Psychologist who has worked extensively in addiction rehabilitation and youth services. He uses evidence-based interventions to help children and families thrive. In his free time, Adrian enjoys beach outings, gardening, and spending time with his sons.

Helena – Psychologist
Helena, a registered Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology, is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients of all ages. She loves helping people achieve their goals and, in her spare time, enjoys fitness classes, travelling, and reading.

Jenny – Psychologist
Jenny is a Psychologist with a background in teaching and a Master of Special Education. She has extensive experience in schools, both in Australia and the UK, and is passionate about helping families implement effective coping strategies. Jenny enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, kayaking, and stitching.

Katy – Psychologist
Katy is a neuro-affirming Psychologist with a focus on supporting young people with Autism and ADHD. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and has worked in various settings, including as a school psychologist. Outside work, Katy loves gardening and relaxing with her dog and partner.

Sam – Psychologist
Sam is a warm and curious Psychologist who supports children, adolescents, families, and adults using evidence-based therapies and psychological assessments. He creates a safe, collaborative space for individuals from all walks of life. A proud Lake Macquarie native, Sam enjoys surfing, bushwalking, yoga, and spending time in nature.

Emma - Psychologist
Emma is a Psychologist who loves supporting children, young people and families. Emma has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Professional Psychology and is passionate about trauma informed and strength-based approaches for clients. She creates a warm, neuro-affirming space where clients can feel safe to be themselves. Outside work, Emma enjoys spending time in the sunshine with her dogs and partner.

Sophie - Psychologist
Sophie holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) Facilitator. She has experience working in public health in the parenting and family psychology space, as well as in schools. Sophie is passionate about helping families create meaningful change in a warm and empathic manner. When she is not working, Sophie is raising her young children and she enjoys running.

Karina - Provisional Psychologist
Karina is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology. She enjoys working across the lifespan, with a particular interest in supporting children, adolescents, and families. Karina has experience in both urban and rural settings and uses strengths-focused, evidence-based approaches in a collaborative way. Outside of work, she enjoys watching films, reading, and spending time with family.

Lyndy - Early Intervention Specialist Teacher
Lyndy is an Early Intervention Specialist teacher with a particular passion for seeing children thrive before and as they enter their formal schooling. Lyndy is a bachelor degree qualified teacher with years of teaching experience. She focuses on building strong relationships with both children and their families. Outside of the workplace, Lyndy enjoys music, art, reading, walking the family dogs, and sipping on good coffee.

Sophie – Practice Manager
Sophie is our Practice Manager, committed to providing exceptional support to her See Hear Speak team and clients. She has a background in Education and enjoys singing, playing guitar, and and spending time with her family and friends.

Amanda – Administration Officer
Amanda brings over 20 years of medical administration experience to See Hear Speak. She loves working with children and families and enjoys gardening, bush walks, and playing netball.

Brenda has a background in the disability sector and is passionate about excellent customer service. She enjoys making clients feel welcome and loves photography, spending time with family and friends.

Evie is studying Psychological Sciences and aspires to become a Clinical Psychologist. She enjoys baking cheesecakes and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Maddi - Administration Officer
Maddi is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and aspires to work with children and their families as a Clinical Psychologist. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, doing pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
